Lakeland Traditional Christmas Pudding 425g

Purchased: Dec 2008
Best Before: April 2010
Cooked: Microwave
Lit up: No
Cream or Custard: Cream
Packaging: Red cellophane wrapped plastic tub with lid
Appearance: Rough appearance, shiny pud.
Texture: Very soft and fell apart as it was served up. Lots of orange peel made for a slightly odd texture in the mouth.
Taste: This is a seriously fruity pudding, with what felt like tons of orange peel. Unfortunately this is not a good thing in my opinion and I didn't much like it. I think it's the peel that ruined it for me and E felt the same. The alcohol balance was good, but that didn't really help things. It was one of those rare occasions when I didn't finish my bowl.

Score: 3/10
